Anna Silverton’s vases and bowls are all one-off and wheel-thrown in porcelain. The process of wheel-throwing is inherently repetitive; it allows her to focus on gradual renewal and reinvention. She searches for shapes she finds beautiful, making incremental modifications and teasing out new combinations of intriguing form.

Her pots have changed very gradually over time; similar themes reoccur alongside new discoveries as she searches for the perfect shape and surface.
